lol. that aint worth 5000$. thats not even worth 4000$ imo.

those pistons would make you push alot more boost to reach decent power levels. the

now one of my 5000$ kits would be worth it.. comes with fuel management, forged pistons, clutch, ext. gate, etc.

scoupe, get this done, im real interested in seeing how it all comes together.

Yeah I might just go the cheep way. My cuz wrecked his Evo8 MR and still has the front end. I might "barrow" it for a while when I get an engine for my new car. But as far as buying a kit I'd more than likely go through Socks for a good set up.

looks awesome! i have a question. did you have to cut the top stud of cyl #3? b/c i had to do that on mine, otherwise i couldn't bolt the nut.

I took out that stud and replaced it with a bolt instead. I will have new pics soon!

here are some pics of today's work

installed the intercooler 31 x 11.5 x 3 and evo 8 cold pipe








got dented while installing it mad.gif










this is my buddy's car its a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage LS it has a turbonetics turbo and microtech LT-10




tomorrow i will put the mani and turbo back to messure the downpipe so i can take it to work and have one of the guys in the tool room and modify it. smile.gif

im still waiting on the evo 8 cold pipe,hks bov, oil and water fitting and other random items.
