Right now I believe my shop tunes the ECU directly through the OBD-II port with a laptop since my car is for all intesive purposes Korean spec. I will get more details when we complete the project hopefully next week.

Sorry for the long delay, but here's an update with a pic. If you look at my intake manifold, you can see that they actually welded the MAP sensor to the IM. There's a temp sensor in there as well.
