never seen this one before so i figured i would share with you guys. it looks to be of OBX/SSA quality so you might need to have welds re-inforced. but check it out for yourselfs

sweet design, but i saw one EXACTLY like that the other day in a pic.. it cracked at the collector and even those braces cracked and the turbo fell. ill try and dig up the pic..

those welds don't look too good... and you can't trust a manifold that still has a couple of braces on the flange lmao.gif hey optimo, I dont think that's called a ramhorn manifold. just my .02 smile.gif

^ what do you mean? the braces are there to help support the weight of the turbo..

BTW, doesn't the auction say that this manifold is not really available for now, and you'd actually get a log-style manifold?

there's no way in hell you can tell a thing about the welds from those pictures.

Word. I had to double take once I saw that post about the welds looking crappy. They look alright from here.

I think those flanges are about some thicknes as OBX manifold.

I would incorporate gussets instead of thin stainless "banding" for braces from tube to tube for strength, but that just me.

that material also may not be Stainless. There are some OBX headers that have that 'chromed' look to them that are just polished mild steel, or coated. I have seen some that the coating flakes off, or they just start to oxidize and rust, even though they 'appear' to be stainless.
