Ok, first of many dyno sessions is complete. A couple of stipulations on these numbers:

I'm driving to Albuquerque this weekend so I wanted a safe tune
I'm running E85 and this is the first time I've really messed with it
I didn't touch ignition timing at all. Its running stock timing
I'm reaching the limits of what my intercooler can do (OE EVO VIII IC)
Boost was set to a max of 19psi. Turbo maxes out at about 27-28psi smile.gif
The final numbers were done on the 26th run in 45 minutes so heat soak was definately an issue(I was busy)

With that said I don't think my car has ever felt faster. I think my last dyno of 360whp on stock internals was not correct. Maybe Alpine's dyno was calibrated to show engine HP?
I can now easily spin the tires in 3rd gear if I'm not careful.

Overall I'm really pleased but I am no where near done. Once I can swing a new Intercooler I WILL push the max the Turbo can put out.. smile.gif

Yup I'm about that low. Remember its E85 though. My ultimate goal is to be about 11-11.2:1, which is about 7.1:1 E85. When I do the Singh Grooves I'll got to 12.1:1. smile.gif

nice, corn's got some kick!

did you have to do anything besides a different tune to run e85? do you have another tune if you have to buy gasoline?

there aren't any e85 pumps around me yet but I'll be interested if any get put in.

E85 is about 30% less effecient when compared to Gasoline so in order to reach stoich you need about 30% more fuel. So all I had to do was replace my main primary injectors with larger ones and increase my fuel tune about 30% with my secondary injectors. smile.gif That's it!

Also the SMT-6 has the ability to have a toggle switch hooked up so you just switch between E85 and Premium Gas tunes.. smile.gif
