Dropping the oil pan...
I need to drop the oil pan to get the oil return bung welded on.... After looking at it it looks like id have to remove the whole tranny to just get it to drop... Was wondering if it was possible without dropping the tranny

webtech says to remove the timing belt and then remove the oil pan bolts and then remove the oil pan. so you might just have to remove the timing belt.
but that looks like a biotch to do anyways.

you only need to remove the exhaust front pipe and the tranny brace (aluminium part that bolts to the engine block and tranny case)
I could drop the oil pan without messing with the tranny, But it was so damn hard to get the screws out next to the oil pan.....the only things you need are a loooottttt of time, pacience, small tools and some more pacience.....haha... i´m serious....
its very dificult to do that.... but it can be done.....
