Custom Turbo
One of my friends owns his own After Market business. After taking a look at my engine and his catalogs he believes he can build a custom bolt on turbo kit for the '00 Tiburon at a cost of $1,800.
The Turbine is a t3/t4 hybrid so I would say it's comparable to the Ballistic stage 2.
He's in the ordering process....will let ya know how well the install went and then release pics and his Tuning Shop number....
Just keep this in mind....beats the 4K for the Ballistic...if it works =)

what your not realising is that the ballistic kit is *NOT* just a bolt on turbo kit. thats what the alpine kit is. the ballistic kit comes with a new chip for your vehicle, pistons, rings, clutch, etc... it is a complete engine upgrade kit not just a turbo kit. $1800 for the turbo kit is still the best price out there as far as bolt on goes tho... so far ive put $880 into my kit. all i lack is the intercooler and piping

HEHE - Just the Motec M4 Clubman ECU included in the Ballistic Racing Stage 2 Kit costs almost the same as the complete bolt on if purchased individually in the USA froma dealer.
As Azzy mentioned, the stage 2 kit is the most complete and comprehensive kit available today, including everything from the Clutch to the pistons to the manifold and BOV with video instructions aswell.
