Certain position for BOV or Wastegate?
I was wondering is there a certain way to determine where the BOV and the wastegate are suppose to be? Kinda where what angle and so on?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, because this is my 1st turbo build.
The BOV should be before the MAF (if returnless) but after the IC due to pressure drop.
The wategate should be place as linear as possible without being directly inline. That way air will flow fairly easily when open. Aerodynamics are not on friendly terms with right angles. A friend of mine just blew a 2.9L stroked RB because he tried to half-ass his exhaust build and placed the WG as a really wide angle, when the valve opened air wouldn't flow properly and he went overboost, subsequently launching several rods.
