Have you tried 110.hex, set injectors to 220, and check all your connections to the fic.

Had the same issue, checked all my connections then set injectors to 220 cc, and it runs fine. Start is a little longer, but from what I've read, that's a common issue.

*edit: and calibrate the fic, too.

What's 110.hex and I did set the injectors to 220cc and all my connections are good if I take the tune off it will run fine but once I try and tune it it won't hold the idle

Reflash the fic and load the 110.hex that is with the 3.06 version of the fic software available from aempower.com in the fic forum.

Btw my response time is 486 microseconds.

i can only get the 3.05 with the patch but after i load the patch and it comes up it still says 3.04

also idk how to upload anything or i would upload my tune but the only thing i have changed is fuel which i created a base map and told it the new injector size 220cc and old injector size which i believe were 190cc and set max rpm to 6500 and max boost to 10 and then in ignition i set the max rpm to 6500 and max boost to 10 that is all i changed besides calabrating it. this is my first tune so i honestly didnt expect it to for first try without a little trial and error

Thought the injectors were 220, I may be wrong... Probably am. Just thinking about it, don't think the stock injectors can handle more then 5 lbs of boost for fuel needs, and what is your FPR set to?
