Ive read alot of threads about people doing a 5th injector setup with the old alpine turbo kits. I dont understand how this done. Can someone explain this in laymens terms to me? Thanks.

 

usually done by spraying more fuel into the intake before the throttle body, not very safe though, best way i have seen is having 2 extra injectors on a seperate rail and having the spray directly into the plenum chamber. This is very oldschool performance mods. The work on a wide open throttle switch or rpm switch calibrated with an aftermarket ECU. It is the same principles as secondary injectors on a rotory motor.
