Call me nutty, but Octane Booster Home brew?,
So rather than tune on 91, I did some research on NASIOC and a forum full of Grand National guys and looks like a lot of those guys do put some Toulane in their gas tanks as added protection.
Its not too expensive, can be bought at a paint store and adding 1 gallon to every fill up gives you an extra two points on the 'ol Octane scale
Anyone try it?

Of course I would not get tuned on this, but adding it to a full tank of gas is not really a pain in the ass and seems like it has been proven?

okay im gunna throw it out there first off can i use denaturated alcohol? and lets say i just filled my tank up on a warm beautiful friday night(for visual effect loll) and should i proceed to take a funnel and dump the entire gallon of denaturated alcohol/Toulene into the gas tank? or half or what and this is on a FULL tank i deff wouldnt mind some extra cheap octsne points and some piece of mind
