Default Boost on Supercharger?

How much boost does the Alpine unit produce? I think i saw it at 5psi [Z(x)orro] posted somewhere. Are there any other units producing more boost more like 7-9psi?
Or could you upgrade the boost on the Alpine unit by using a smaller pulley? Or would that work? What about a front mounted intercooler?

I'm thinking of nitrous oxide also. But are there any other ways?

It is about 5psi, you can increase the boost by using a pulley with a 2mm smaller diameter - atleast that what John at Alpine told me - not that he is my favourite person at the moment

They claimed bradley's SC is producing 5-6psi.

at 142 WHP, I'm leaning towards 2 psi! *lol*

If you did use a 2mm smaller pulley would you see that much of a gain (2-3psi)??

Depending on the ratio's between the crank pulley and the SC pully, yes, it is possible to see that much of a boost increase from just 2mm.

Also...I'm guessing the 2mm is Diameter not circumference....
