I already have that book, I was looking for something that focused more on the tuning aspect.

Thanks anyway though.

There are so many different types of ecus that its really hard to get it condensed into one book, and if its focused on a way to tune one particular type then it wouldnt sell enough to warrant it being published.

Your better off just searching the net, plenty of information on that, general and specific.

I'm sharing this to everyone... it's not a book, but an electronic pdf!!!

here you go, this pdf will help you a lot...

download it on your hard drive and make backup copies of it, print it, breathe it, read it over and over again until you understand

Concentrate on page 12 and onwards especially the part with the fuel trims!!! this may not be smt-6, e-manage, haltech, etc (it's for a Split Second's PSC1 tuning device) specific but the method of tuning is the same... hopefully it will help you!!!

Well, I dunno how simple it is to understand (you need to have significant automotive backgrounds to comprehend most of the information in this one), but "How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems" is a seriously in depth book that goes into much detail as to how to, well, just read the title. LOL.

Should be under 30 from amazon or about 40 from borders if you can't wait.

Maximum boost was a good book, but it is childs play compared to this one guys. I havent even been able to read this on in it's entirety.

Should teach you everything you need to know.
