I just got done ordering my Pauter Rods for $745 + $14ship. eek.gif
Pauter refered me to them because they are the only ones that have them. Pauter does not have any on the shelf. And Atomic only has 1 set left.

I asked him about group buys. He said he can take 8-10% off his prices, which is about his jobber price. He will only need 5 to do this.

Crower said they wouldn't make them. Eagle said they will stock them soon/eventually.
Pauter makes several sets at a time. As of now, Atomic has the last of them. Once they are sold out, Pauter will make some more. A few for themselves, and a few for their suppliers (ex. Atomic). But it takes a while to make them.

Got the rods today. Damn they're about 3 times the width of the stock rods. I've got a pick of it next to the stock ones, I'll try to get later.

Motor is in the shop getting honed, decked, and dipped. It'll be done tomorrow I'll then start putting the bottom end together. Need to find bearings though.

The Pauter rods:

They're engraved with "Hyundai Tiburon" on the sides: cool.gif

Compared to the Beta I's eek5.gif Now you know why the bottom of the cylinder needs to be notched:
