Anyone Misfiring With High Boost?

I started misfiring anytime I go above 10psi. I'm thinking that my gap in my plugs are too big. Stock is .040, and I'm gonna try going down to .030 or .028. I even have a DIS4.
Has anyone had a problem with blowing out the spark?
And just a note. I am now running great with the PRS4. I've been able to dump all the fuel I want. After doing a road tune, I've gotten the AFR in 4th gear to 12.0:1 consistently. cool.gif

see i was told you CANT blow out a spark.. its electricity.. but, are you having this problem soon after you hit full boost? while boosting or what.. when does this problem occur.. i think it might be the problem i am experiencing for some reason.. i am at ~9psi right now, and the problem didnt happen before, but when i hit full boost, like AT that time, or soon after, the car seems to misfire, and not accelerate at all.. I accelerate HARD and hit full boost and then it seems like its just kinda studdering..
i was told i should check gap, and make it .030 by t4turbotib, and well hes pushing HIGH boost lol
yah its nice being able to tune your AFR and dump as much fuel in as you want.. while boosting, i have mine running a lil leaner than 12:1, but at WOT full boost its right at 12:1-12.2:1 used to be at 11.8:-12:1. once i get my new ECU this wknd, i am gonna mess with the ignition a bit, and see what happens.

Some of the Honda guys running 30-40psi are using .020 gaps. .030 is their maximum.
I'm gonna try it out when I get out of work later today and take it for a drive.

ohh yes you can homie... i had the same problem awhile back it was the plugs.. you guys really need to run
a cold ass plug
i have used only the following
1. Greddy racing pro iso 10
2.HKS super fire pro Racing R50
you must use the plugs with the slant tip or you will melt the tip off

.025-.028 works pretty good @ 15 psi
Are you adjusting the GAP on these?
What Price can you get on them?

K, just got back home and I lowered the gap to about .031

3rd and 4th gears got a LOT better. It's only minor now. I think if I go down to about .028, then it'll be perfect. fing02.gif
Once I get my COP setup finished, then I may be able to open it back up.
