I do miss my 400whp 2.0L GK Tib some days...not taking a hard corner at the track and it wanting to push me in the weeds as boost hits though.. :)
At least my built block lives on in TibbyTib's ride, now if we can just get his sh1t tuned that would be AWESOME in the lighter RD body. I've got a GK V6 now and about to slap on a MP62 Supercharger kit running E85. Won't get me near 400whp but I should be over 250whp....and it won't want to kill me everytime boost hits.. lol |
Reviving this old post because I did not notice it had a replay...
I just moved to the US (six months ago) and I notice that for the most part we have better fuel then here. I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS manual transmission that I shipped from the island. As soon as I got it and field the tank with Shell 93 I got a CEL. When I scanned it it was saying system too lean. After doing the research I figgered out that our fuel has less Ethanol then here. Our 93 has no ethanol. I think that why we can go a little leaner. |
