If I use stock injectors, stock fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator how much hp can I gain? Do I have to use piggy-back (up to 7 psi at stock CR at 92 octan) ?

Should I tune it on a dyno (if without piggy-back)?

and at 5 psi.... you wouldnt need the intercooler, it would probly be more efficient without the intercooler.... but if you go above that, then make sure you have an intercooler installed........just trynna say you dont have to install your intercooler right away if you dont want to......

..... i would definately recommend some fuel tuning, your forcing more air into the engine, and upgrade your fpr or something..... you dont want to take the chance of leaning out ...... or your engine will blowup.gif and you will banghead.gif

Wow...no offense...but that seems like a really tame and weak 3-stage setup.

I mean, I understand that you can't have everything, due to money constraints, but those aren't really stages...they're more like baby steps.

And since you have money constraints, getting an eManage is prolly not worth it...definitely not for 5psi. You can EASILY get away with it with a simple S-AFC or a S-AFC II (do it eBay).

SMT-6 is prolly a much better choice, but I think that involves tuning at a shop.

I personally wouldn't push more than 12PSI on a daily driver... creates drivability issues on FWD and it becomes a slight pain if you have to go through traffic.

As I agree with Arctic Chill, I think you are headed in the right direction Dimitry. This way you'll know what you're doing and will make less mistakes when the stakes are higher later on.

As hamhead said, 5psi is nothing crazy, I'm shooting for 9psi with a similar setup, we'll see I guess. Good luck with it.

I agree with ArcticChill that this is baby steps.. but every person should have their own personal staged turbo steps.. and for your goals this looks like a good plan.

This is a good way to start since you want to start small.. and naturally as you go through your stages, you will be more comfortable and knowledgeable to increase the boost further... so let us know how it goes
