For injectors the Green top ford racing 440cc are plug and play.
Those ^^^^^^ dont look to be the right "green tops" there stock injectors from a 3l Ranger, not sure what cc's they really are? Yet, i am willing to bet a stock 3L v-6 isnt using 440cc injectors!
This is a plug and play green top
If you wanna know the rest,
they are High impedance, and in order to be plug and play with not injector pigtails, you will need a injector that has a EV1 style connector!
For fuel pump, get a walbro, i have one, yea it is louder than stock, but is reliable, and you can very very faintly hear it, and you will need it if you plan on running any more that about 6 psi off a t3-t4.But as i am sure you know you will want to get a rising rate fuel pressure regulator it will help fine tuning.

stock is 245cc in the 2.0L. 195cc in the 1.8L.
fuel pump 'hatch' is located under the rear seats, about 12-10mm bolts if i recall, pretty simple swap.
if you get that fuel pump, you will also want an adjustable FPR, as the stock one probably wont handle it.
440cc will be good for 8lbs and even more, id say closer to 14lbs before the duty cycle might be getting up there.
with an FPR, you can also slightly adjust fuel pressure to get more out of then injectors if you ever needed to.
