2001 Tiburon Turbo ?
sounds like you have been doing a lot of research, now just fine tune everything you know and you will be fine.
on timing, the msd-dis-2 is awsome because it gives you more spark which helps a lot and it also allows you to tune the timing on the spot.
with my last set up at 10psi, i was 6 degrees retard. it is real simple with the msd, you just set the little switches, turn the ignition key on, then off and then back on and the timing is set.
on the colder plug thing, the ground strap above the electrode will be shorter making it a colder plug. with the amount of boost you want, go 2 ranges colder at minimum.
the e-manage thing, i have never used it and i have'nt heard of anyone having any luck with it. if you get it all to work then you will open doors for many other people so keep us all posted on how that goes.
450cc on the injectors are good if you plan on running near 300hp. i was running 377's and i was still rich but i was using the s-afc and it is'nt as tunable as i would like. maybe the e-manage will allow better tuning than the afc.
on the piston thing, 8.5-1 is good to run a lot of boost but when your not in boost you wont have any low end power. so if you drive around before getting the turbo kit pu on then when you try to take off fast like normal, it will be real sluggish. but you need to break the engine in without boost. so whoever installs everything and if you get it all done at the same time, either use wire to keep the waste gate open so you cant go into boost or be careful that you dont go into boost while in the break in period of the new pistons.
everything else sounds good.
also, i may have a lock on lsd's from quaife because we are a dealer for them and i may also have a lock on axles so i will keep everyone posted.
i know if my car goes into the 10's then quaife will be all over my nizzles.
good luck man, keep us posted.

Doode, how are you gonna do the Quaife thing? Did you finally get in touch of someone that said they'd do it?
