Title says/asks it all... why is this the case?

And us guys know it, don't deny. There's a sure attraction when girls know how to drive stick and can do some spirited driving with a manual. So why is that?

Too bad rarely any girls in America know how to drive a manual. I've been to Europe and Asia and almost every chick knows how to drive a manual. I don't blame my fellow Americans because we are addicted to the auto transmission because of our long open roads. Furthermore, we don't have as many hills and mountains to climb that recommends using a manual tranny.
