Driveline: Hyundai Tiburon converted to all-wheel-drive; technology from HCD III sporty-utility vehicle Â
If the factory teams have been making our cars AWD for at least the last 6-7 years where are the parts or at least the tech sheets so we can try to follow suit. If anyone knows where this data is i would forever in your debt.

Also when are they gonna start selling the HCD III as a production car

Two hours later
did some looking at hp.com i see that these teams are using lots of money to make it work...still want to know if the tech sheets are out there you never can be too smart on this stuff. and shadohh are you everywhere wink

OK i see, the pics i found of the HCD had totally different body work so i didnt recognize it, can't they just call it what it is(or at least give me a US to overseas dictionary rolleyes.gif
......new train of thought, the Santa Fe shares a platfrom with the Sonata correct, does this lead to the logical step of an AWD Sonata, or has that subj already been covered.

Naw, you could do an awd sonata..or an awd Tiburon...or an AWD accent. You just have to have the $$$ for the fabrication work!

true money cures all i was reading february's turbo and high Tech tuner and they did a spread on the Nuforms Focus (something like 900+ whp)

Anyway the gear box in that thing cost $100,000 and they needed 2, thats $200,000 (i know i'm a math whiz)for a couple gear boxes not to mention the other parts/time/fabrication/install/eating.

anyway gone off topic i'm done
