KSport Big Brake Kits!

Ksport big brake kits provide the ultimate in stopping power for your vehicle. Integrating new brake technology into the design of the kits allows for a kit that highly reduces brake fade and continually cools and refreshes the brake pads surface under braking. These brake systems are designed for easy installation with minimal tools required (in most applications).



Our extreme lightweight caliper comes in differential bore configuration. It is machined from aircraft quality billet, weighs just over 5lbs. each, and has machined in protection grooves for the bridge tubes. Aluminum pistons, high temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates are also standard on each caliper design. The opposed piston caliper design greatly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over the OEM design. The stainless steel brake lines stop expansion under pressure.



Most applications utilize the 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces weight both rotating and unsprung. The floating disc also stops thermal stresses of extreme heat from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor greatly reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional slot designs. Every rotor is always heat treated and balanced before shipment for the best possible performance.

Ksport Kontrol Pro Fully Adjustable Coilover Kits provide the ultimate in suspension technology for your street or track car. 36 levels of damping adjustment allow you to fine tune the ride to your handling and comfort needs. The damping adjusts compression and rebound simultaneously for ease of adjustment. Pillow ball top mounts in the front and rear on some applications allow you to maintain vehicle manufacturer suspension geometry design. The pillow ball top mounts also allow you a more direct feel for solid driver response. Where available, camber canbe adjusted via the Pillow-ball Top Mounts, which means no additional "Camber Kits" are needed.



Most applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, which means you adjust height without losing suspension travel like some other coilover designs do. With the mounts and most pieces of the coilover being designed for 6061 billet aluminum the kit is lightweight, durable, and rust resistant. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc to resist rust and the elements. The valving of each set is matched to the springs installed for unmatched ride quality and reliability.



The Ksport system uses a Monotube design in which the oil and gas are separated within the cylinder. When compared to twin tube designs the Monotube dissipates heat better, allows finer damping adjustments, and requires more expensive design process. Has anyone ever used KSport, or can tell me if they're worth the price? Are they better than Megan Racing or BC Racing? I've never heard of them, but want to buy coilovers ASAP.

 

Ksport Pro's, I have had them for about 2 years and there just amazing, once you set them up it is great stuff, Never ever have i had one issue with them!

 

A lot of people run BC Racing in the Genesis community. Nothing against KSport, I have no personal experience with them, but BC seem to be reliable also.

 

ksports been around the hyundai scene for awhile. never heard a bad word about them, they are just lil pricey because its higher end parts.

 

Ksports would not be my first choice, but they are adequate. Comparable to any other non premium coilover manufacturer. The older versions had struts that were absolute crap, but any current products have gone up in quality. If you want to use them for racing you can even have them put your struts on a shock dyno so that you can match them to one another more easily.

 

Nothing wrong with either... we have been selling BC's for years as well!
