Default Snow packed rims

Hey guys

I was wondering if snow packed rims in the winter can negatively effect the way a car handles or can it throw off the balance of the rims any?

Yes. I don't think you normally notice though due to the crap road conditions generally present when your wheels are packed with snow. If you're super concerned ride the brakes a bit. It'll heat up your wheels and melt the snow.
