Default Irregular tire wear

Anyone know what would cause irregular tire wear on the inside of the tires, when your alignment is perfect and at OEM specs? Took the car to my mechanic and they made sure the alignment was good. Steering feels fine, no vibration or drifting. But the tires have been wearing on the insides pretty quickly.

Could you take a picture of the wear for us, both left and right wheels?

If the insides of the tire are wearing then that sounds like a camber issue. Are these just the front tires or all 4? If its just the fronts then rotate your tires every now and then.
