mine had a problem for years. I just decided to look at it one day, and all it needed was to be adjusted and tightened. The screw was loose, so it needed help closing at times and the handle was crooked BECAUSE the screw was loose. Took my 2 minutes to fix after 2 years of griping.

i actually woke up this thanksgiving morning, got in my car with my girlfriend at the time, and she slammed the passenger door, and the glove box clip snapped. Funniest part of thanksgiving :-p fortunately the part was only about 5 bucks to replace.

Your passenger side vent is falling out too. That can be fixed by melting the clips with a lighter and sticking it back in there.

Tightening the screws fixed my glove box.
