Wow..thats messed up. How can you be so lazy as to not change certain parts, and then feel fine when you tell the customer you did. Eh. I would never get my car serviced at a Jiffy Lube anyway..

Looks like that fuel filter wasn't an easy change if they had to drop the tank. So they were being lazy, but it was also a PITA.

It was 5 stores, out of 9. So it was more than 1 employee.

I see it all the time. If you don't have quality control measures implemented, ESPECIALLY at your customer facing outputs, you're going to face serious issues.

Jiffy Lube hires TERRIBLE people.

My wife had problems with Jiffy Lube down here in VA...stole her checkbook out of the car and did not top off her coolant mad.gif ...which made the car over heat while on the way home to Detroit for Christmas...likely we was able to get a rental before Enterprise closed...believe it or not my insurance company helped even though this was not a insurance matter... hail.gif Thank you USAA!!!

which is why if your gonna pay someone to work on your car take it to the dealer
at the place where i work at its cheaper than jiffy AND we have certified techs and back everythin with a 1 year warranty

jiffy will have a new owner, manager, and tech in one year...
