Ok so for the past few week shit keeps happening to my car first eggs. then more eggs now somone hit the fender with what looks like either a kick or a baseball bat and left a huge dent. i am pretty sure this shit is happening at night and it is pissing me off i need an alarm that will go off when the car is vibrated so i can catch the scum bags i called the cops they said there was nothing i could do can anyone help me out?

 

video tape your car over night for the next few days
im sure you can get a camera for your computer that will let you record for a long time

then after you find out who it is

break there face with a 2X4 with some bolts in it

Get an alarm

Own them.

 

Get a pager alarm, set it on silent so you can run out and catch them in the act. A simple piezo/impact sensor is all you need to catch those kinds of things, you can adjust the sensitivity to suit. Mine has never falsed, but gives the warning sound even when one of my labs is wagging his tail and wacks a body panel.

The camera to PC is a good idea too.

Probably neighborhood kids. Some ass keeps stealing my chrome valve stem caps from my driveway, which my alarm doesn't notice of course. I just lost another two last week. Why the hell would someone steal those?

 

I'd go with an alarm. At least it will give you some piece of mind.

 

can anyone point me to a cheap easy to install alarm i dont have much to spend and will have even less if i have to keep repairing my car

 

this is why i just bought an alarm and (hopefully) am getting it installed tomorrow....

build some motion activated 50 calibor *sp?) guns so when they get near your car boom! These guns will also take care of pesky girl scouts, jehoviah witnesses, amd the repo men. Or you can do what I did when I had kids throwing soda on my tibby back in the day. Stake out the car wait for them to commit the act then beat the f*** out of them. lets just say I have a temper when it comes to people f***ing with my ride that I spent so much time and money on.

 

You should definitely tape it, that way you CAN have the cops do something...They need like proof of 3 occurences though i think.

 

THe cops only need to see someone do something one time and theyll get them for that and try to link them to the other cases. As long as there is something unique caught on tape, like a clear face shot, tatoo, shoes, etc.
