I have a really expensive set of Koni yellow adjustable struts which is probably the best struts you can buy, along with a cheap set of Weapon R Circuit coil overs. They're just the sleeve type and I know usually those types are bad and dont give a good ride quality or handling. However I was wondering if I added the Koni yellows to them, would it all balance everything out and still be great for handling and driving? If not, would it be better for me to get a set of static drop springs like Eibachs and add the Koni yellows to them?

It sort of depends on your intended use of the car.
You will probably be able to dial in the fastest track times with a set of coilover sleeves and the yellows, but it'll be unrefined and somewhat sloppy. You can get 95% of the way there, with a consistent ride and consistent predictable handling without weird noises and shifting coming from the suspension if you get a set of decent lowering springs and run the yellows.
So, if I was driving it on the road very often, I would go with regular lowering springs. If it was primarily a race car I would consider coilover sleeves. A set of full coilovers is also acceptable for both worlds, but they'll be more at home on a track also, and can't utilise your Koni Yellows.
