Default Need help with brakes

Ok I have a bunch of questions about brakes and I hope you guys can give me a hand.

1. I want to do the XG brake swap since they're bigger diameter. I can buy XG rotors online pretty cheap. Do I just need the XG calipers after that (other than brake pads) or do I need to buy brake lines too? Anything else I need? Is it the XG-300 or XG-350 brakes that swap onto a tib, or do either work?

2. My tib is black so would it look better painting the calipers red or gold? Ive seen both colors (brembo's come in those colors) and I like them both but not sure what might look better on a black tib that has black rims.

Thanks everybody banana.gif

From what I gather this is what you'll need:

XG350 10.9" brakes and 4x114.3 bolt pattern

Left and right 2002-2005 XG350 calipers with mounting bracket and hardware
A set of front brake pads for a 2002-2005 XG350
A pair of 2005-2008 Kia Spectra* rotors

*must be 10.9" (275mm) rotors to work

Hopefully faithofadragon will read this and verify or correct this list for the RD.
