Default suggestion....

Okay, I think there should be a public list of people who are currently banned, how long they are banned, and, if applicable, how many times they have been banned. My reasons for this are as follows:
One: It could explain silence of a certain few members who are constantly breaking rules.
Second: It will show as an example to others (not really newbies in particular, but everyone) that all the new rules and warnings are being taken serious.
Third: If a member needs to get a hold of another member who is banned, it would let thus said member know this so they do not post any useless threads asking where un-named member is.

What do you think, yay or nay?

I think it's a good idea and I support all the points that you brought up.

Yay for the idea.

considering the risk of this being considered a flame, maybe kit should could get like a "banned member of the month" thing. you know, like how they pick the "slow person" every month at burger king, yea, same principle.

I am not sure that a "wall of shame" is the kind of attitude we want to project.. it's bad enough to get banned I would think.. having everyone know about is just humiliating.
