i don't know if its just me or not, but i have been experiencing some EXTREMLY slow page visits on this site for a few weeks now. honestly, its making me not even want to view topics. i don't have any issues with any other website besides this.

i wanna know if anyone else is noticing it, and if so... could some of our wonderful site tech's do something about it?

 

I'm very new here, but yes it's quite slow for me too. I go to a lot of forums and don't have problems. I keep getting logged out every time I leave too, but perhaps that's another topic.

 

Me too. I think the shoutbox needs flushed, it's taking forever for it to finish loading, and it's always the Shoutbox on my side that is last to come up.

 

I haven't noticed it being slow till today. I'm doing a repair on the database right now, it was using up a good bit of cpu.

 

It's been kinda slow over here every day about this time and sometimes randomly throughout the day. I was trying to post when the site went down. When the site first started up, it was quick as hell. About 20 seconds later it slowed back down.

 

Yeah, I've had the same problem. I keep my shoutbox minimized, but I'm not sure if that helps at all.

 

I have the same problem, usually around this time, during the day its not that bad

 

wow... now its goin GREAT!! haha. lately it has been just unbearably slow.

I cleared the shoutbox.
