I'm having difficulties with the shoutbox.
It keeps saying 'Shout flooding enabled. Please wait 2 seconds before shouting again'.
It doesn't matter if I wait 2 seconds or 15 minutes. It keep giving me this message...
After 30 minutes somewhere I can post again, but just one sentence...
I'm not an active shouter, but if someone askes something I can't respond.
How can I fix it?

it's a problem we've been having, it seemed to get better after I adjusted some of the settings but I guess it hasn't been eliminated yet.
Are any other members having this problem? I know of two members who used to, but now that they're Premier Members they don't have flood controls. We'll try to get our forum techs to figure this out and test it. MAybe we can resolve something.
Java - are there any known problems with our most recent update that may be causing this?
