Why am I slowly losing money out of my bank account? Everyday it goes down by 25-50 points.......? I thought you could only steal on-hand money...not money in the bank


and how does the collecting interest work? When do you collect?

This is how stealing goes:
It's hit or miss. If you don't succeed you lose double what you woulda stole. Or you succeed and get whatever amount you put in (there's a limit though) I believe it's only applicable to other member's on-hand money.
