well i cant seem to use this item i put in all the stuff and i get a

can somone fix this?

also why cant i steal more then ten points from other users i paid a 100 for it but can only steal 10 kinda a rip.

 

You can only steal an amount equal to what you have OUT of the bank and in your "Stealable" section.
