Product Warning Section

I'd like to recommend a products warning section for the site.
I recently had my ss brake lines leak and did a search to see if anyone else had this problem. Seems this issue was already addressed and had I known earlier I might have removed them and saved myself the heartattack from nearly running through an intersection. Thankfully I was slowing down early and was able to come to a stop relying on the handbrake.
However I feel product issues such as these should be announced for the safety of our drivers and cars.
