Problem With Report Post Feature?

I have tried several times lately to use the Report post feature and it will not work for me. An error page comes up on the site.
Is there a problem with this?

I will check into the report manager and see if they have fixed the problems with it. If they have I will get it installed and working tonight.

Yah it said i dont have permission to look at that feature lol.

I just tried it again now with my first post above and it worked so I'm not sure what's going on. Earlier today I was trying to report a duplicate account so I'll go back to that post and try it.
