I´m not new user, and I have problems with start a topic in the Polls section.

Can anyone tell me what is this or why?

The polls is for moderating users only i belive, make a poll in the off topic section. You can make polls there too, go to Off topic and click make new poll in top right

How do I become able to post polls I tried to post 1 today and the only thing I couldn't do is more than 1 answer to my poll question.

Sorry, that was with the old software. With this one you just put one answer on each line. Like this:

Yes
No
Maybe
Sometimes
etc.

I put a empty line between every answer prolly why it didn't work.
