i'm a little tipsy so pardon me if I'm losing it..
I want to upload a new avatar. I can't link to and offsite images, or upload a new avatar. Did that option get disabled with a recent update, or is there a reason for it?
using RDT blue...

how do I upload my avatar? I can't link to an offsite avatar nor upload my own... only choose from the defaults.

what skin are you using? I tried Red, Black, and Blue - nothing worked.

the option to upload just isn't there.
