I really don't think it's legal, I can see where OnySablet is coming from (I think), in that it's like
watching at a friends house. But the movie makers would see it as if you were playing it for free
, at a theater, open to the public, and with out permission. I don't think the judge would agree
with us.

You could however use member submitted videos (From car shows, or home-made amature
movies) I am almost positive that's legal. And I'd rather that than watch F&F over and over.

 

I would watch them at night. I work nights so it would work for me!! As long as its WED-FRI, and nothing is going on at work!!

 

I don't think you'd get a lot of viewers for the same reason TV watching has gone down. DVRs let people watch when they want. Most people won't arrange their schedules around when you're showing a movie. sad.gif

If you always had one playing, people would drop in and watch a few minutes, make some comments from time to time, than leave. So basically it'd be a Shoutbox but with an optional topic. tongue.gif
