Question MOST Friendliest????

From the home page
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'>Hyundai Aftermarket TURNED 6 YEARS OLD recently! Happy Birthday To Oldest Living & Most Friendliest Hyundai Site On The Internet!</div>

http://books.google.com/books?id=SsQ9ugnMc...2&ct=result

Rule #4
MORE and MOST should never be paired with an adjective that has a changed form in the comparative or superlative:
more worse, more uglier, most friendliest, most cleanest

It should read
Hyundai Aftermarket TURNED 6 YEARS OLD recently! Happy Birthday To Oldest Living & Friendliest Hyundai Site On The Internet!

or

Hyundai Aftermarket TURNED 6 YEARS OLD recently! Happy Birthday To Oldest Living & Most Friendly Hyundai Site On The Internet!

I can't believe that it's been up there since July and no one else mentioned it!

Is it wrong to admit that sometimes, when I'm bored at work, I would read that sentence over and over until I stared through the screen and blanked out?

The grammar was so mind numbing I couldn't turn away. But before I could become conscious enough to mention it, I'd have to look somewhere else, then I'd forget the sentence was even there, and I'd forget to mention it. tongue.gif

I didn't mention it, 'cause I thought it was a funny. I say "more funner" and "mostest" all the time.
