Okay heres what has happened:
Somehow the shoutbox no longer apears on my login screen. I have to physically click the shoutbox button to log in, which isn't a huge deal or anything, but I can't see what people are chatting about without logging in there.
Additionaly, at the very top of every page where you would normaly see Java's car, I now have a blue banner that has "Invision Power Board" written in that corner.
Also, I no longer have "forums" button to scroll through the various sub-catergories and what not.

Backround:
This began yesterday evening. It apears to only be on my settings that this has happened. Majik said it did not happen on his, or DDude either.
I have the standard blue-default skin.
Also, the only recent changes I have made are to my signature to add my xboxlive info down there, much like how other members have, so it scrolls through the games I play.
I first noticed it at home, and now its also at work too. So I don't think it was any change I made to my PC's setting, but rather something I may have done internally to my RDT page.

That's really the just of it. I apologize about having to bug people to help me fix something I probably screwed up. Any suggestions from anyone? Thanks guys.

Well now everything is back to normal.

I never even changed it i don't think tho..I must have like clicked it at some point then hit my mouse scroll thingy and it changed it.

I feel like i just got pwnd by rdt.
