Glowing Name Item Doesn't Work

Well, I just bought the glowing name thing in the store, and it doesn't work. I used the item, picked out the color I wanted, and nothing. Is this gonna be fixed , Java?

it works for me on IE... not on Firefox though (i use firefox. that kinda' sucks, but i'll live with it)
i also noticed that it only works with the black board theme.
that's the one i use anyway, but i checked the others too. the black one is the only one that works.
