Default yamaha's old engine - 380whp/331tq on 23psi

I got this motor along with yamaha's car a couple years ago when I bought it. It was removed from the car and replaced with a stock motor/original turbo kit in order to replace pistons/work on motor (was never finished). I have since sold the car and no longer need the spare motor. This was the original engine yamaha built and got to 380whp with T3/T4 hybrid turbocharger at 23psi. This sale is for the motor only (pictured as-is), the turbo kit sold along with the car.

Exact mileage unknown, but I know I bought the car with less than 45k miles on it so it's got to be somewhere under that.

Motor includes;

Wiseco Forged Pistons

ARP rod bolts

MSD DIS-II ready coilpack (MSD DIS-II not included)

valve cover

oil pan

pulleys

thermostat housing, coolant hard pipe

timing belt (installed)

etc. (see pictures).

Power steering was removed from this car but I have a spare pulley (and belt) if you need it.

$250 + shipping.

FREE!!!!!!!!!!

Motor will ship wrapped and secured to a pallet, lift-gate service truck to and from. Shipping only available to the continental USA (and Canada). Shipping costs will vary widely based on location/carrier.

If interested and need more pictures of anything specific just let me know.

Thanks for looking.

My apologies. The Shark Racing camshafts were removed from this engine when it was still installed on yamaha's car and running 23psi boost. They created problems. OEM camshafts are included with this engine, original post updated.

This is a steal of a deal. Anyone needing an engine for any reason within a couple hundred miles would do very, very well to drive over and put this in their back seat. If I had the cash I'd jump on it and I don't need the engine.

Shipping on a truck will basically start at $100-150 and go WAY up from there depending where it goes.

Yep, I'm the lucky owner of the Shark Racing 268 cams now. Yamaha sold them to me a while a back.. Nice cams though.

Yes, on the head right above the thermostat housing is the feed tap, I can supply a line if you need one.

Everything on the motor is good but the pistons. The replacement was never done.

I never got the full story on it and I never popped off the head to inspect. This motor was running and in working condition when it was removed from the car (and it hasn't been touched since).
