Yes, it will, with some GOOD modifications. LOL It's not a bolt on job, you'll have to get a bodyshop to put it on unless you want to do it yourself.

OEM means ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTUER, so yes, you are right, it is basic stock parts that came with the car.
