Now all we need is a DIY on this kit, and I'm sure more people will jump on this.
Curious tho, what if someone doesn't need some of the parts mentioned, like the ac/water/power belts.
Is this kit straight from Hyundai dealership as a package or are there some addons? I don't think a timing belt kit around here comes with everything you mentioned.

this is what all the car shops and hyundai service dealer do here.. they do every thing because its so cheap lol
evey thing i get every one here is 100% hyundai OEM, i will not get no one 2 class parts that is how i do business... however if someone has money problems "like we all have had at one point or another" there are alternatives... the seal and timeing belt cover i put that in there FYI i always change both of them out just for good mesure..
if i got people out there who dont need certin thing let me know and i will get you a price asap
pm me if you have any question or custom order... i have the part list and price list for all hyundai now
i get everything at the prices that hyundai sell to the hyundai parts house here in town...

Dammit Mad_Jon...this is awesome.
I'm down on this one too. I don't need the belts, and you'll be shipping it to me with the Captive swap (hopefully).
Can you pm me a combined price for both setup minus the belts? Thanks

You might wanna recognize too that folks need to let you know what belts they have.
Aftermarket pulleys will change the belts, but I've seen about 3 different kinds of belts on all the gens here in the US. Ribbed, V, and a mix.

kinda off topic...
On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being changing oil and 10 being total engine teardown/rebuild, exactly how difficult is changing your own timing belt? Is it challenging and complex or time consuming and (sorta) simple?
I am rapidly approaching 60,000mi and don't have an extra $500(!) laying around.
