Lastly, here's copies of the said emails for everyone. Only one person actually was as polite as I was in my emails back. This is the CC President that I emailed and he seems like a nice guy. Here's his email first...

hey 1st gen, let this be a lesson to you, you need to keep up customer service, or your gonna get burned, if you had a real business, this would be much worse than just slandering posts.

Well sometimes SH/T hits the fan and this is one of those times. All the help was appreciated but I just got off the phone with Random and I asked him to delete it so, hopefully this can end as well as it started. Seems all the confusion happened in the middle. But hey, all's well that ends well right. HTM or 1st gen or whatever, I understand things got fvcked up in the mail I just wish you could have informed me a little better so things didn't have to fvcked up on the boards. We're all tuners and more importantly we're all the underdog tuners so sh/t like this shouldn't need to happen between us few hyundai guys. Know what I mean?
