Testing Waters..

I bought this car earlier this year with the intent of restoring it to it's former glory. I've came close, but I ran out of money. I'm now in tech. school and I want something else, I can't give this car the attention it deserves as Chicago rent is a *****.

2001 Tiburon 2.0 Beta 2
52,*** miles
5 Speed
Rebuilt title
Damage as shown in pictures
Fluids changed
New airfilter
Kumho Ecsta ASX tires
New Battery
New Plugs and Wires

I WILL NOT PART THIS CAR OUT. I need something to get to school and work with. I will trade for properly maintained EG Civic, DA or DC (HAHAHAHA.. Wishful thinking) Integra GSR, Isuzu Impulse RS, ST165 Celica All-Trac, or Mitsubishi Starion. All cars must be manual, I can't drive automatic anymore lmao.gif PM me any cash offers or if you want anymore specific pictures taken.

lol, for sale threads have to include a price.

But as far as your trades, your kinda crazy man. I hope you dont really think somebody's gonna straight up trade an all-trac celica (uber rare) or a teggy GSR.

might as well mention that youd trade for a new sti or something lmao.gif

I've seen ST165 All-trac's go for $2k. DA GSR's are decent, I see them stock go for around the same. The DC is wishful thinking. tongue.gif

I'm testing waters.

I'd also take a decent RD1.

I'm really looking for more of a trade. I refuse to take less than 2k on the car. I've had frame work done, replaced the dr. front fender, dr. side tail light, and two wheels. New pads go on tomorrow.

So, summary, no less than $2k.

lol, what year and what shape were they when they went for 2k? kbb for a 90 alltrac is like $4-5,000 and a 93 alltrac is $6500-7500. the oldest alltrac you could get (1988) blues for 2700-3200 which i suppose if it was beat up you could get it for 2 grand.

ANYWAY enough OT from me wink1.gif

2 grand isnt a bad asking price as besides the cosmetic damage the engine seems maintained and the mileage is low.

Id grab it from ya but if i had 2 grand at my disposal i wouldnt be able to help myself from getting an LSD and some pistons cool.gif

Unfortunately for ST165 owners, there car is screwed by the blatant overpricing of the ST185s. Changing the clutch on one is 15 book hours! You can get it done in 12-13, but that's if you've done it often.

Anyways.

AFTER WORK BUMP.

Need it gone by Nov. or Dec.

Then I can finish the 22re turbo truck for winter and not have to get rid of it. (240k miles and going)
