The gap is along the bottom edge, you can kind of see it in picture four. It is less than a quarter inch, but can probably be fixed by putting washers on the bolts to make the light stick out more. They are really well made. I was very pleased when I got them. I still look at them every time I get out of my car. wink1.gif
