I'm such a dumbass. I need to lay off the beer. I installed them backwards. Shift boot on the ebrake/ebrake on the shifter. Yes it's possible. You can get the shifter boot on the ebrake (I survived many years before magnum condoms were invented). It came out alright (I'll post pics). I kinda like the color scheme like it is. 1 stripe on the ebrake. 2 on the sides of the shifter.
