SOLD: Quest HRS race suspension
the chassis for ALL RDs, both one and two, never changed. so yes they should fit on a 97.
They should also fit on Elantras up to 2000, i think......whichever model years we share the chassis with will be able to use them.

I have the B&G full coilovers, and I'm thinking of selling them for these, I really always wanted the quest coilovers.
I want to keep in touch about these, as I would pick em up in a second if I had no bills to pay, this month is my worst month for goodies like this, but I'll keep bugging you about these man. For my sake I hope they dont sell, for yours, I hope the do.

Ok, I'll be around. I tend to lurk rather than not but if you post or pm me and don't get a response right away, don't worry, I've probably been deployed (being the military, that kinda thing happens).
That depends entirely on you and your driving circumstances.
I found them to be quite acceptable at highway commuting speeds (even on rougher surfaces, including bridges and expansion joints) and on smoothish surface streets, but rather too much on even mildly rough surfaces under 40mph (that same bridge is torture at 20-25 in stop and go traffic). Noise and vibration transmitted through the chassis both increased a lot. Because I had the alignment set for maximum handling the car was rather a handful, I couldn't take my eyes off the road for more than 1 or 2 seconds. But that can be avoided with reasonable toe settings.
Anyway, ride comfort is a personal thing. I tolerated the harsh ride cuz I was racing and because going 50 around 30mph on-ramps is COOL! hehe
