64mb memory card has been sold so the new camera price is $350 shipped

 

it takes STILL picures and records images/sound DIGITALLY on to Digital Video Tape and can be loaded on computer and digitally edited. I don't know about the warranty. it should have one from factory as being a refurbished model.
